1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Google Integration application ("Service") provided by Ansartech ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Ansartech regarding your use of the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Description of Service

The Google Integration application is designed to:

• Connect your Google Workspace products (such as Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and others) to the N8n automation platform
• Facilitate workflow automation by enabling data exchange between Google services and N8n
• Provide secure OAuth 2.0 authentication to access your authorized Google services

The Service acts as a connector between Google APIs and your N8n instance, allowing you to create automated workflows that interact with your Google data.

2.1 Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction
• Have a valid Google account
• Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you must have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms and to grant the permissions required for the Service to function.

4. Account and Authentication

4.1 Google Account Authorization

To use the Service, you must authorize access to your Google account through Google's OAuth 2.0 authentication system. By granting authorization, you:

• Consent to the Service accessing the specific Google services and data scopes you approve
• Acknowledge that you are responsible for all activities that occur through your authorized connection
• Agree to maintain the security of your Google account credentials

4.2 Revoking Access

You may revoke the Service's access to your Google account at any time by:

• Visiting your Google Account Permissions
• Removing the application from your list of authorized apps

Revoking access will immediately prevent the Service from accessing your Google data.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you are responsible for:

• Compliance: Ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements (including Google's Terms of Service)
• Data Accuracy: The accuracy and legality of the data you process through the Service
• Security: Maintaining the security of your N8n instance and any credentials stored within it
• Appropriate Use: Using the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Backup: Maintaining appropriate backups of your data; we are not responsible for data loss

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in phishing activities
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Harvest or collect user data without proper authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or networks
• Use the Service to process or store sensitive personal data (such as health, financial, or government identification data) without appropriate safeguards
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
• Use the Service in any way that violates Google's Terms of Service or API policies

7. Google API Terms

Your use of the Service is also subject to Google's terms and policies, including:

• Google Terms of Service
• Google API Services User Data Policy
• Google Privacy Policy

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Google's terms, Google's terms shall prevail with respect to your use of Google services.

7.1 Limited Use Compliance

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only use your Google data to provide and improve the user-facing features of our Service.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Our Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, code, and documentation, is owned by Ansartech and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8.2 Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to your data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to access and process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and incorporate such feedback into our products and services.

9. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Service will be corrected

9.1 Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services (including Google services and N8n). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or reliability of these third-party services. Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

• ANSARTECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THIRD-PARTY SERVICES OR YOUR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN THE SECURITY OF YOUR ACCOUNTS

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ansartech and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your access to or use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Any data or content you transmit through the Service

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the Service at any time by revoking access through your Google Account settings and removing the integration from your N8n instance.

12.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include:

• Violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Conduct that we believe is harmful to other users or our business
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Requests by law enforcement or government agencies
• Discontinuation or modification of the Service

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete your data associated with the Service
• Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification)

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

• We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• For material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or via email
• Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms

If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you should discontinue your use of the Service.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction.

14.1 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

14.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ansartech regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
