- Write or modify data in Google services as specified in your workflows
- Maintain the authenticated connection between Google and N8n

We request only the minimum permissions (OAuth scopes) necessary to provide the functionality you need. You can review the specific permissions requested during the Google authorization process before granting access.
3.2 Data Processing
Your Google data is processed through your N8n instance to execute your configured workflows. The data flows directly between Google's servers and your N8n installation. We do not intercept, copy, or store your Google data on separate external servers.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect exclusively for the following purposes:
- Provide Services: To enable the connection between your Google account and N8n, allowing you to create and execute automation workflows
- Authenticate: To verify your identity and maintain secure access to your Google services
- Execute Workflows: To perform the automation tasks you configure, such as reading emails, creating calendar events, or managing files

What We Do NOT Do

Your Google data is processed through your N8n instance. OAuth authentication tokens are stored securely within your N8n installation to maintain the connection to Google services.
5.2 Security Measures
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your data, including:
- Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your browser, our servers, and Google uses HTTPS/TLS encryption
- OAuth 2.0: We use Google's secure OAuth 2.0 protocol for authentication—we never see or store your Google password
- Token Security: OAuth tokens are stored securely and are only used to maintain your authorized connection
- Access Controls: Access to systems and data is restricted to authorized personnel only
5.3 Your Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your N8n instance and any credentials stored within it. We recommend following N8n's security best practices for your installation.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
6.1 We Do Not Sell Your Data
We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or Google user data to third parties for their commercial purposes.
6.2 Limited Sharing
We may share your information only in the following limited circumstances:
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize us to share information
- Service Providers: With trusted service providers who assist in operating our application, subject to strict confidentiality obligations

7. Data Retention and Deletion
7.1 Retention Period
We retain your information only for as long as necessary to provide our services and fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy:
- OAuth Tokens: Retained while your integration is active; deleted when you revoke access
- Account Information: Retained while you maintain an active integration
- Workflow Data: Processed in real-time and not retained beyond the execution of your workflows (unless you configure N8n to store execution data)
- Error Logs: Retained for a reasonable period for troubleshooting purposes, then automatically deleted
7.2 Deletion
You may request deletion of your data at any time by:
- Revoking access through your Google Account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Removing the Google credentials from your N8n instance
- Contacting us directly at the email address provided below
When you revoke access or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or legitimate business purposes.
8. Google API Limited Use Disclosure
Limited Use Requirements Compliance
This application's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In accordance with Google's Limited Use requirements, we affirm that:
- Limited Use: We only use access to Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in our application's user interface
- No Unauthorized Transfer: We do not transfer Google user data to third parties unless:
- It is necessary to provide or improve user-facing features
- You provide explicit consent
- It is necessary for security purposes
- It is required to comply with applicable law
- No Advertising: We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements

- Finding "N8n Google Integration" in the list of connected apps
- Clicking "Remove Access"
Revoking access will immediately prevent our application from accessing your Google data.
9.3 Managing Permissions
You can manage individual permissions by re-authorizing the application with different scopes or by configuring specific workflows in N8n.
10. Children's Privacy
Our application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can delete such information.
In accordance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not direct our services to children and do not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make changes:
